Personal Training

Personal Training services encompass a broad range of needs from weight loss, strength training, body conditioning through to training for a specific sporting event. The programmes I design are based on the individual's specific goals, problems and needs. I used periodised programming usually based over a minimum period of 6 weeks although I can also give one off guidance sessions if the client is motivated to exercise alone. My initial consultation offers health and fitness screening including:

- Weight
- BMI
- Body fat composition
- Hydration levels
- Blood pressure
- Cardiovascular fitness tests
- Strength tests
- Flexibility tests

All equipment is provided for the training session which are carried out in our Lichfield Studio. Sessions are intense but fun at the same time with the focus on using the time most efficiently dependent upon your goals and needs.

Guidance is given on how you can help yourself inbetween sessions both from an activity and nutritional point of view.

Health and fitness is a lifestyle so I am here to support you not only during the personal training session but during those low moments in between!
